Green Curry.

Le tofu chunks.

This is the first time I've ever cooked with tofu.
I biked to the store this beautiful afternoon and 1) was almost sideswiped by (what else?) a hummer and 2) nearly collided with a butterfly. Between its fluttering and my pedaling its path nearly ended adhered to my face. I wonder if it hurts them when it rains. When I posed this question to my friend Amy she said, "IT BETTER NOT."
